Hey! I haven't seen anyone else on youtube do this yet and me and my gf were talking (xxxtruebluexxx) (vixen) about doing our toes with the decals or Salon Effects. So I did this tutorial on how to get fab toes with the Nail Effects by Sally Hansen. These are so easy and fun. They look great when there done and they come in all sorts of colors and styles.
